Safely link verified marketplace records to imported checklist identities. Only unique high-confidence matches are linked; ambiguous parallels remain unlinked.
Automatically price checklist catalog
Processes valuable unpriced checklist cards automatically on the server, one eBay search at a time. You may close the browser after starting it. Progress is saved. Unchecked retries means untouched cards only. Enable retries for a later pass; untouched cards still go first. Verification pauses the job safely.
Fetch checklist card photos
Matches checklist cards to their entry on tcdb.com (Trading Card Database) by exact set, card number and player, then saves the front/back photo locally. Runs on the server; you may close the browser after starting it.
Fill in prices from SportsCardsPro (unpriced cards only)
Bulk estimates fetch whole product price guides and match unpriced cards locally. Guide estimates remain separate from verified sold prices. Use individual sold lookups when you want sale evidence. Cached guides are reused for seven days.
SportsCardsPro thumbnails
Checks missing-image checklist cards as well as pricing matches and imported SportsCardsPro identities. A price is not required. Football is prioritized and downloaded guides are reused. Images are linked from SportsCardsPro; backs are not guaranteed. TCDB is on hold.
Pokémon market estimates — free TCGCSV source
Prices imported Pokémon checklist cards by their exact TCGplayer IDs. Standard Normal or Holofoil market estimates are labeled separately from verified sales. Missing prices and unmatched printings remain blank.
Build price history
Refresh verified cards with no or stale sold history. Runs one eBay search at a time and can resume in another batch.
Backfill graded prices for already-priced cards
The automatic pricing batch above only ever searches a checklist card once, before it has a raw price — a card that's already priced is never revisited, so it never gets a chance to pick up a graded (PSA/BGS/SGC/...) sale. This runs a genuinely new eBay search per already-priced card, purely to find graded comps for the price tiles and the multiplier estimate below. Real extra search volume — expect it to take a while and to occasionally hit eBay's verification wall like the other batches.
Recompute graded-price estimates
Derives a "graded price ÷ raw price" multiplier per PSA grade (7 through 10) from cards that already have both a raw sale and a real graded sale, then uses it to label an estimated price on any card that has a raw price but no graded comp yet for that grade. Never a fixed guess — recomputed from this database's own accumulated sales, and a tier is only used once at least 3 cards support it. Run this after a catalog pricing batch has captured more graded sales.
Identification review inbox
The automatic pass accepts only strong title matches and rejects obvious lots or accessories. Uncertain identities stay here for review.
Review possible duplicate cards
These records share the same saved name. Compare their identity fields and price history before deciding whether they represent the same card. Records are kept separate.
